Palace Fitness Center:  50 (ea.) dumbbell clean and press (DB55; pushed myself on the time).  25 (ea.) dumbbell snatches (DB65; pushed myself on the time).  50 physioball weight plate crunches (PL45).  25 med ball Russian twists (MB22).  3 sets dumbbell Goblet squats (DB75; 10 per set).
