Palace Fitness Center:  5 barbell squat clean and push press (BB135). 10 barbell squat clean and power press (BB165).  7 (ea.) dumbbell power snatches (1 at DB90, 5 at DB95, 1 at DB100 - failure).  100 medicine ball Russian twists (MB22).  25 Saxon side bends (DB2x20).  25 (ea.) 1-handed dumbbell crunches (DB15).
