SR Workout - July 28, 2009

Palace Fitness Center:  3000 meter row (11:53). 50 physioball weight plate crunches (PL45; 20, 15, 15).  25 Saxon side bends (PL45; 10, 8, 7).  50 med ball knee crunches (MB15; 20, 15, 10, 5).  25 weight plate trunk twisters (PL45).

Evening: 5 power cleans (DB95).  10 power clean and presses (DB95; not able to fully press each time).  3 sets of Goblet squats (DB95).
